Accessibility Statement
Last updated: August 5, 2026
Oval LLC is committed to making this website usable by as many people as possible, including people using assistive technology.
Standard we work to
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. Those guidelines are the accepted international standard for making web content perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust.
What we have done
- Semantic HTML structure with a logical heading hierarchy on every page
- Full keyboard navigability, with a visible focus indicator throughout
- A skip-to-content link as the first focusable element
- Text and interface colour contrast tested against WCAG AA thresholds
- Form fields with associated labels, and errors announced to assistive technology
- Text that reflows without horizontal scrolling down to 320 pixels wide
- Reduced-motion preferences respected via
prefers-reduced-motion - Accessible names on all icon-only controls
Known limitations
Some third-party embedded content — such as scheduling tools or video players — may not fully meet the same standard. Where a third-party component creates a barrier, we will provide an alternative way to complete the task on request.
Feedback
If you encounter a barrier using this site, please tell us. Describe the page, what you were trying to do, and the assistive technology you were using if relevant. We aim to respond within five business days and will provide the information you needed in an accessible format in the meantime.

Assessment approach
Accessibility is evaluated through a combination of automated testing, manual keyboard testing, and review against the WCAG 2.1 AA success criteria. This statement is reviewed whenever the site changes materially.
