• Information contained in enquiries and correspondence with us
• Business and billing information necessary to provide contracted services

• Aggregated analytics about how the site is used, where analytics are enabled

How we use information

• To respond to quote requests and enquiries
• To provide, administer, and support contracted services
• To advise on licensing and administer environments we are engaged to support

We do not sell personal information. We do not add enquiry contacts to marketing lists without an explicit, separate opt-in.

• Microsoft Corporation, where required to administer or support a tenant you have asked us to work on
• Service providers who support our operations under contract — including hosting, email delivery, and customer relationship management
• Professional advisers, and authorities where we are legally required to disclose

Customer tenant data

Where we hold delegated administrative access to a customer Microsoft tenant, that access is scoped to the services contracted, is visible to the customer, and may be revoked by the customer at any time. Customers retain ownership of their tenant and all data within it. We access customer data only as necessary to deliver contracted services or when specifically requested to do so.

Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described here, and thereafter as required to meet legal, tax, accounting, and contractual obligations. Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are deleted within 24 months.

Security

We apply administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information we hold, including encryption in transit, multi-factor authentication on administrative accounts, and access limited to personnel who require it. No method of transmission or storage is entirely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. Residents of California and other US states with comprehensive privacy legislation have specific rights under those laws, including the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them.
