These terms govern your use of ovalsllc.com. Services we provide under a separate signed agreement are governed by that agreement, which takes precedence over these terms wherever the two conflict.

Oval LLC is a limited liability company registered in the United States, with its registered address at 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801.

2. Use of this website

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to attempt unauthorized access to any part of the site, interfere with its operation, or use automated means to extract content at a scale that burdens our infrastructure.

3. Information is not an offer

Content on this website is provided for general information. Product descriptions, capability summaries, and guidance do not constitute an offer to sell, a binding quotation, or professional advice on which you should rely without consulting us about your specific circumstances. Pricing is provided only in a written quotation.

4. Third-party products

Oval LLC is an independent technology consulting company. We do not resell Microsoft software or subscriptions, and we are not a Microsoft partner, reseller, or Cloud Solution Provider unless stated explicitly elsewhere on this site.

Microsoft products and services are licensed to you by Microsoft Corporation under Microsoft's own terms, including the Microsoft Customer Agreement and the applicable product terms. Your rights to use those products are governed by those agreements and not by us. We do not modify, extend, or warrant Microsoft's terms, and we make no representation as to them.

5. Quotations and engagements

Quotations cover our consulting and managed services, are valid for the period stated on the quotation, and set out the scope, assumptions, and exclusions that apply. An engagement begins only when we confirm it in writing. Where a statement of work is signed, that document governs the engagement.

6. Subscriptions you hold with third parties

Any Microsoft or other third-party subscription terms, cancellation windows, and refund eligibility are set by that vendor and vary by product and term. Those rights are not ours to grant, waive, or extend. Where we advise on your licensing, that advice does not alter your agreement with the vendor.

7. Intellectual property

The content, design, and code of this website are owned by Oval LLC or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property law. You may not reproduce or redistribute substantial portions without our written permission.

Microsoft, Microsoft 365, Azure, Dynamics 365, Copilot, and related marks are trademarks of Microsoft Corporation. Our use of those marks is descriptive and does not imply endorsement.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

This website is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Oval LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity, arising from your use of this website. Liability arising under a services agreement is limited as set out in that agreement.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Oval LLC against claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these terms or your unlawful use of this website.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. The courts of that state have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

12. Changes

We may revise these terms at any time. The version published here at the time you use the site is the version that applies.
