Dynamics 365
Application selection, licensing design, and implementation scoped to a specific business process.
Dynamics 365 is a family of products, not a product. The decision that determines whether an implementation succeeds is made before any configuration begins: which application, scoped to which process, for which users.
We do that scoping work first, and we will tell you when the answer is a Power Platform application or no new system at all.
Outcomes
- Application scope tied to a specific, measurable process
- Licensing designed by role rather than blanket full-user seats
- Integration with the Microsoft 365 tenant you already run
- A rollout users adopt rather than tolerate
Capabilities
How we approach it
Application selection
Choosing between Sales, Customer Service, Business Central, and Finance & Operations — or determining that Power Platform is the better fit. Selecting a heavier product than you need is expensive and slow.
Role-based licensing design
Full users, team members, and device licences carry very different costs and rights. Mapping headcount to the correct type is where most of the savings in a Dynamics estate sit.
Implementation
Configuration, data migration, and integration delivered in phases against a defined process, rather than a big-bang launch that has to be right first time.
Adoption
Role-based training and measurement. A CRM nobody updates is worse than a spreadsheet, because it is trusted while being wrong.

FAQ
Common questions
What is the difference between a full user and a team member licence?
Team member licences grant light, read-mostly access with limited write rights to specific entities. They cost considerably less but do not cover core sales or service work. Assigning them correctly is one of the highest-value decisions in a Dynamics estate.
Business Central or Finance & Operations?
Business Central suits small and mid-sized organizations with straightforward requirements. Finance & Operations targets large enterprises with complex multi-entity needs. Choosing the heavier product without needing it is a costly mistake.
Can Dynamics replace our existing CRM?
Often, but that is a migration question as much as a product one. Data quality in the outgoing system usually determines the timeline more than the new platform does.
